How it's built
Uploaded documents, session propositions, peer-review results, and belief-network outcomes are compiled into concepts — each one citing exactly what produced it.
Each concept records a fingerprint of the source that produced it. Re-running an update only touches what is new or changed — new documents, revised documents, new sessions, and changed session results. Unchanged concepts are left exactly as your stewards left them.
Nothing leaks between deliberations silently. Candidate concepts are queued for review, and a steward promotes them into the shared handbook. Maturity levels distinguish a draft from a reviewed claim from settled canon.
Concepts cross-reference each other, so the handbook reads as a connected body of knowledge rather than a folder of summaries.
Confidence, convergence, and influence measures from the session travel with the concept — so a reader can see not just what the group concluded, but how firmly and on what basis.
